Outgoing clean cut baby faced 40 yr old very athletic full head of hair no kidding...great sense of humor as you can see. I am now just into my forties but I am in the best shape of my life. I try to eat only organic healthy foods and exercise a least 3 times a week. I workout with weights but am not into the steroids...more of a natural physique.
